For the report “aircrafts firing with no warning to fishing boats caused panic” Air Force HQ indicated (14th) that the firing drill of Air Force is always following the procedures to announce “Warning of naval (aerial) life fire shooting” which will be delivered to Coast Guard Administration, Fisheries Agency, Civil Aeronautics Administration and each Port Authority for news broadcast.

Air Force HQ addressed that firing drill is always on the track of SOPs to broadcast the shooting schedule. In the future more communication with fishermen at Penghu will be applied and it is vital the firing drill is broadcasted by all relevant authorities.
